How do I place an order?

(3) Make sure the items and their quantities are correct, and click CHECK OUT.

(5) Confirm your shipping and billing address, and click NEXT.
(6) Confirm your email address, and enter any applicable coupon/rebate codes. Choose your delivery option, shipping method and payment method, and continue to the next page.

Can you manufacture if I give you my design? (Customize products)
We offer customization for all of our products. Any of our items and be customized fitted for your needs. However, if you would like to create your own design, it can be accommodated with our manufacture. Click Design Your Own and submit your works, and we can send the design to our manufacturer for estimation. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Do you offer a warranty on your products? Can I return an item?
We provide free repair/exchange service for products with manufacture defects within 2 weeks of receipt. No exchanges or repairs will be provided to merchandise damaged by negligence.
How come the charged amount does not match my receipt?
We only charge when your order is shipped. The charged amount will appear AFTER your package is ready to be delivered. If the amount is slightly less than the expected amount, there may be out-of-stock items in your order. In addition, for customers who choose UPS, the quoted price may be slightly different due to the various pricing of delivering to different states.
Do you accept payments by PayPal?
PayPal payments are accepted. We will send an invoice through PayPal after your order has been submitted on our website.
Why can't I pay with credit card?
Alamode Fashion Jewelry Company reserves the rights to determine whether or not customers are eligible for credit card payments. For international customers, the credit card payment method may be approved after the have established a valid payment history with us.
What is a CVV code?
Card Verification Value (or CVV) code is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are the one in possession of your credit card.
For Visa & MasterCard holders, the CVV code is the last 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card.
For American Express holders, the CVV code is the 4-digit number printed on the front of the card above your credit card number.

What if I did not receive item(s) in my order?
