Return Policy

Repair & Exchange

  1. Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
  2. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
  3. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact same item you ordered.
  4. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size and additional 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
  5. Particular merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production.

Terms & Conditons

  1. Returns may ONLY be accepted within 2 weeks from the dates of receipt.
  2. Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by AlamodeOnline will not be accepted.
  3. For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
  4. Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
  5. Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
  6. Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects only.
  7. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
  8. All return shipping costs is the customer’s responsibility.
  9. Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.


  1. Please contact us by phone at toll-free 1-800-622-4404 (US only) or 1-714-636-4237 (overseas), or e-mail us at within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos and a completed return form regarding the item you are requesting to return. You will be issued a RMA# including in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
  2. You will then be issued a RMA number that needs to be included on this form to ensure proper return procedure.
  3. Make sure you pack returned items in original condition with a tracking number and send to us, we are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged.
  4. Refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund in advanced without receiving the returned items.
  5. You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.
