Personalization

A jewelry design is only as unique as its personality. With Personalization, you will now be able to personalize and update your best-selling styles for a fresh look. With the ability to adjust plating colors, stone colors, and laser engraving, you can now create a true one-of-a-kind signature collection that stands out from the crowd.

Replicate past styles no longer available on our website through Replication – an especially good option for older best-sellers or unique designs.

From full-scale design services to sample-making and manufacturing, Creation represents our complete full-service solution. Perfect for clients looking to launch their own product line, Creation allows you to take an idea and turn it into reality. Our experienced team will work with you to build, plan and create your own custom collection.

Mold Fee	None	A $199.00 mold fee for an original design will be charged for order quantity under 240 pcs.
Advance Deposit	Personalized item orders must be paid in full when placing, but those over $500.00 an advance deposit of 50% of the total price.	A 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to start production.
Minimum Order	No minimum quantity required!
Discounts	Quantity discount up to approx. 75% off on custom orders over 6 pcs in addition to our Volume Discount. Buy more, save more!
Delivery Time	Processing time for custom pieces may take 6-8 weeks. Advance or delayed delivery may result in unexpected condition during the processing.
Returns / Exchanges	Returns of customized items only acceptable with manufacture defects. Customized products in sellable condition cannot be returned.
Stone Color	Stone color may slightly vary due to the cut, size, clarity, shape, etc.Individual stones may also have a slight difference to what is shown on the website, because of your computer's resolution, definition, color depth, etc. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for stone color variations.
